The first weekend in April, I was in Texas visiting family and celebrating the birth of my cousin's baby Kinley and Easter Sunday was the day of her blessing at church. I traveled with Bonnie and Gordon stayed at home with the other two girls and boy did they have a blast together! While I was away they played hard and did so many things together! They had a great time and we are so fortunate to have such a great daddy in our lives!!!
He took them to the park!
He took them to the traditional Easter Brunch at our friends house - Thank you Sherwoods!! I heard it was a wonderful time again!!!!! There is brunch and an Easter Egg Hunt for the kids!
I was so worried about Easter Sunday and that my children would look like rag dolls without their mama home to do their hair pretty. Daddy did such a great job getting the girls dressed and ready for Easter Sunday and I think they looked adorable and beautiful!! Great job dad!
Sitting on the front porch blowing bubbles!
Daddy even ventured out and took the girls to the zoo! WOW! He packed lunches for everyone and they had a great time seeing the animals in the gorgeous spring weather!
There's NO WAY I could have gone on my trip without knowing that the girls were being taken care of at home and who better to do that than their dad! He is a SUPER DAD times a million! Hands down the best! The girls were non-stop talk about endless tickle fights and late night snacks and movie watching, bubble baths and Easter and the zoo and the park and everything that they did with dad! They had five days to have daddy all to themselves and they had a great time! Thanks babe for letting me go on this trip and thank you for loving us SO much!
